Thanks for shopping with 4THRIVES. Here's everything you need to know about how we get your jersey to you.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.
Delivery Times
We currently ship across Pakistan.

These timeframes start once your order has been dispatched, not from when you place it. They are estimates provided by our courier partners, not guarantees.
Shipping Charges
Shipping is charged at a flat rate of RS.200 per order.
Your exact shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay, so there are no surprises.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we'll send you a tracking number by email. You can use it on the courier's website to follow your parcel.
If you haven't received tracking details within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us.
Delivery Address
Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. Our couriers will call before delivery.
We're not responsible for parcels delayed or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address. If a parcel is returned to us for this reason, re-delivery will be charged again.
Failed Deliveries
Couriers normally attempt delivery up to two times. If both attempts fail and the parcel returns to us, we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery at your cost.
Delays
Occasionally deliveries are delayed by weather, public holidays, strikes, or courier backlogs. These are outside our control, but we'll keep you updated and help chase your parcel wherever we can.
Damaged in Transit
If your jersey arrives damaged, please see our Refund Policy — damaged items qualify for a full refund. Report it within 7 days with photos.
International Shipping
We currently ship within Pakistan only. If you're outside Pakistan and would like to order, email us and we'll see what we can arrange.
