We work to display product colours and images as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee your screen will show colours exactly as they appear in person.

Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue any product, or correct pricing errors at any time without notice.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where there is a pricing error, suspected fraud, or stock is unavailable. If we cancel a paid order, you'll receive a full refund.

Please provide accurate delivery and contact details. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect information supplied by you.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Once an order is handed to the courier, delivery times are outside our control. Risk passes to you upon delivery.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including the 4THRIVES name, logos, jersey designs, artwork, images, and text — is our property or used under licence, and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

You may not reproduce, copy, resell, or create derivative works from our designs without written permission.

You may not use this site to break any law, infringe our intellectual property, transmit malicious code, harvest data, or interfere with the site's security or operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our products are provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of Mardan.
